Mysliveček's Il Tamerlano successfully performed in Pilsen

Mezzo-soprano Barbora de Nunes-Cambraia is always a welcome guest at the Pilsen Theatre, she has performed several roles here, always at an excellent level. This time she dedicated her delicious and technically advanced mezzo-soprano to the second castrato role of the Greek king Andronicus. Her interpretation of the aria Se ti miro at the beginning of the second act, unfolding in the contrasting tempo of Latghetto, was undoubtedly one of the listeners' delights of the evening.
